I’ve been curious about this bc I know that in the recent past there’s been a lot of prejudice towards mental health in Asian countries, even moreso the prejudice that the West had at the same time which was pretty intense too. I’m glad the government is recognizing a problem and trying to help ❤️health is the whole body

We also have a big issue with stigma around mental illness at all. When my family learned I take antidepressants, they begged me not to talk about it when I’m home or let anyone know. I still haven’t told them I have ADHD.

Girl, this is amazing. I’ve been wanting to have one business just like this since the first time. I feel the hospital and clinics didn’t help. Try to ask architecs to design a building that circulates the air and play with water, avoid white and blue color in furniture maybe try dark forest green, avoid metal in any sight, try wood and comfy couch, get inspiration in taichi and japanese zen garden, maybe get some investor to invest in salon, spa, etc in the same building for social event. Super love 🩷

I am a person that loves doing things alone and solo travel almost exclusively, but the first time I ever felt lonely was my trip to korea. So many things are set up for pairs that even some places won't allow you to eat there solo. I just felt a portion as a traveler I can't imagine as a person who lives there
