Unfortunately I have come to the conclusion that surrogacy as a whole really just shouldn’t be allowed at all! NO ONE NEEDS a newborn with “their DNA”. If you TRULY want to be a parent, then there are TONS of children in state care that NEED parents

Now this is my opinion. As soon as they didn't come to the hospital I would have filed the necessary paperwork right then especially before discharge. Not wait no until they are almost 2 years old. But that's just me. I wish you luck.

Omg I just looked at the full story. The "dad" never came to get the babies she birthed, never paid for her surrogacy so she and the husband raised them for two years then the "dad" returned and took the children. This is devastating they are HER children at that point

Absolutely not surrogacy is a contract and your contract was breached, voided, and the fact that the man didn’t pay on top of that is wild and again a breach of contract. They refused to come get the children after a freaking year that’s called child abandment! Now that yall want full custody it’s an issue? Hell no if it was me ill be like guess what we are co parenting now and he won’t be going back home because I’ll file kidnapping report if he does. Those babies are yours. I’m so confused how that’s legal … first off child abandonment he should have gotten locked up, second why are they giving him ass so much power after he left them for a year?! Lastly you strip them away from the parents to put them in foster care? The “real dad” isn’t even there to pick up the children STILL ….
