the problem is patients don't take accountability for their own healthcare..... they do everything at the last minute expecting us to solve their problems on a Friday afternoon at 4:59pm when the doctors are not in the office anymore. 😂🤨

girl sadly this is my life I've been working in psych pharma for years, and I can only tolerate it due to the mindset of taking into consideration that these folks are there to try to treat these actions.

What I will never understand is why people have a problem with pharmacy workers taking a lunch break yet every other job that exist has a lunch break ?

when we finally got to take a lunch when board of pharmacy made it mandatory. First day it was implemented, people were cussing us, knocking on the door, going to customer service to complain, which has nothing to do with us. Crazy!

The cherry on top is that those lunch hours probably have been in place for YEARS AND they probably have an hour lunch cos they don’t really get a 10/15 min break

As a pharmacist thank you for being a team player in the healthcare field and taking up for us. We as an industry could get a lot of things done if we all had her attitude!

My pharmacy is routinely closed for lunch, and guess what? I make sure I know what time they’re closed and work around it 🫶🏼 but I am also an overworked healthcare employee so I sympathize

So my pharmacy doesn’t close for lunch we stagger in and stagger lunches so it works out and that’s cool but honestly it doesn’t stop the rudeness or yelling or anything and it’s sooo important for us to get a lunch because the mental break is just that necessary because people are constantly just mad and rude and ugly and some people okay I get you’re sick or you’re in pain so you may be a little short tempered at the time but me saying hold on give me 5 minutes to have them finish the medication trying to help just for you to storm off and call the store to call me racist for making you wait is actually insane 🙃 yall stay safe and strong out there now

CHICKEN IN CRUNCHY BREAD FROM THE OVEN DOUGH 400 g all-purpose flour 2 g cayenne pepper (⅔ tsp) 6 g salt (1 tsp) 8 g honey 250 ml water CHICKEN MIXTURE 25 ml olive oil 500 g chicken thighs, cut into cubes 5 g ground cumin (1⅔ tsp) 6 g chicken seasoning (2 tsp) 2 g cayenne pepper (⅔ tsp) 3 g paprika (1 tsp) 120 g yellow onion (1 finely chopped onion) 50 g red pointed pepper (½ pointed pepper, diced) 1 jalapeño, finely chopped 100 g grated cheese EXTRA cheese slices neutral oil Add the flour, cayenne pepper, salt, honey, and water to a deep bowl. Knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth. Cover and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare all the ingredients for the chicken mixture. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs, ground cumin, chicken seasoning, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the yellow onion, red pointed pepper, and finely chopped jalapeño. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the grated cheese and stir well until combined. Allow the chicken mixture to cool completely. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces of approximately 60 g each and shape them into balls. Grease your work surface with a little oil and place a dough ball on it. Lightly grease your hands with oil as well and gently flatten the dough ball. Place the dough on a greased baking tray. Repeat this process with the remaining dough balls and let them rest for 30 minutes. Grease your work surface and hands with oil again. Place a dough ball on your work surface and stretch the dough starting from the center and move outward until you have a thin circle. Fold the four sides of the dough inward to create a square-shaped parcel. Grease your hands with oil again and flatten the parcel with your fingertips until the dough has almost doubled in size. Place a slice of cheese in the center and spread some of the cooled chicken mixture on top. Add another slice of cheese if desired. Fold the dough inward into and shape it into a square. Turn the dough and place it seam-side down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place the chicken parcels in a preheated oven at 200°C. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
