my partner is someone who worked on one of the animation teams, they're getting paid PEANUTS and have INSANE deadlines forcing them to go overtime and work over weekends too 😭 this is a problem in general in the animation industry. artists are pressured insanely and have no unions. criticise the studios and publishers
