My twins are 11 1/2 weeks old and we have a consistent rhythm but it’s deff no where near being at consistent times yet. They go down for their long stretch sometime between 8-9:30 all depending on how long the previous nap was and when they wake up from it. And also both my twins are different. A seems to be more a night owl and his long stretch is after midnight. B usually goes to sleep earlier than A and has his long stretch 9-2 ish

I do agree with wake windows, but I genuinely believe practice helps them learn it! My twins were NICU babies but with my first 2 I really prioritized practicing naps in their own sleep space. It helped my mental health so I would actually have a moment alone to shower or workout!

Literally yes. Baby #1 I was so stressed out over this and then with baby 2&3 I didn’t even worry about naps in the crib on a schedule until like 5-6mos

My boys weren’t the best nappers either and I started doing crib naps in their sleep sacks they do 1.5-2 hours now

I have never, ever regretted doing contact naps with both of my babies! I feel like the pressure is to get them to nap in their cribs asap. The only thing I struggled with was trying to contact nap and enjoy it while taking care of my first born. Haha. I’m about to have my third and I’m nervous for naptimes with the school schedule for my first coming up.

I have twins baby #5 & #6 and they wanna be held during naps and wake windows 😅😂 seriously the sweetest moments though and it doesn’t last forever

How do you get your babies down for a nap?? how long do they roughly sleep for?? we were having some good nights but recently having lots of night wakes from 12:30 to 7:30am constant waking, when she was so good. but also they are so so cute!! can't believe they are nearly 12 weeks old! we are the same lots of contact naps and last nap is around 6ish. but we don't love the car so napping in the car is hard when we are out and about with the toddler.
