Did you 100% clean the motor internal cuz it looks like it sat for while and it can have a clog for coolant flow

I have water in only cylinder 5 on my 350 mercruiser found wrong gaskets on risers changed and been cleaning the oil hopefully i fixed the issue any thoughts?

I will say, it is not recommended to use an impact when pulling a balancer
