Working at a privately owned restaurant one evening, I had the pleasure of having to remake someone’s food. A man had called in his order for pick-up and I prepared it. While it was baking a 4 top came in. I got their order going. The pickup customer came in, paid and was leaving with HIS FOOD when a Karen at the 4top grabbed his food and insisted that it was theirs because “we were here first” and he was stealing their order. Karen got so mad she flipped the food onto the floor causing it to go everywhere. They were asked to leave before I called the cops and I remade the man’s order and refunded his money. He did leave me a huge tip though. The 4top wound up being banned from the restaurant because it was a tiiiiny town and the owner knew them.

"it's not our fault we came in when it was busy" yes it is? you can control when you come in; the restaurant can't control when everyone else does. like is it annoying and inconvenient? yes. is it a problem? no. if it bothers you so much don't come during rush hours 😭
