Its only a 1.25 acre building. The buildings i have seen are a lot larger than than that around Manassas and Culpepper and other areas.

I don’t believe anything they say. It will be just like how the tolls on the new bridges were only supposed to be until it was paid for. It’s been around 10 years and every year the tolls are increased.
