Has James never watched a vlog before? Most vloggers spend the majority of their videos focusing the camera on themselves, using it to document their own lives and experiences. Even when they do end up filming other people, many vloggers try to handle it respectfully. They’ll blur someone’s face, avoid recording people who clearly don’t want to be on camera, or remove footage if someone brings up a concern. That’s where the problem comes in with some First Amendment auditors. If someone clearly doesn’t want to be recorded, the respectful thing to do is acknowledge that and blur their face afterward. You can say you’re exercising your rights, but it’s also important to remember that other people have rights and personal boundaries too.

So sick of this lying POS with his misinformation. Government property is not treated equally under the First Amendment. The courts categorize public spaces into different "forums," which dictates how much the government can restrict activity:Traditional Public Forums: These are places like public parks, sidewalks, and streets. Several U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals have recognized a clear First Amendment right to record public officials and law enforcement officers working in these spaces.Limited or Nonpublic Forums: Most public buildings—such as town halls, police station lobbies, courthouses, schools, and post offices—fall into this category. The government is legally permitted to restrict filming in these areas as long as the restrictions are reasonable and viewpoint-neutral. the United States Supreme Court has not ruled that First Amendment auditors have an unlimited right to film in any public building. In fact, the Supreme Court has never ruled directly on a case specifically involving First Amendment auditors or a generalized constitutional right to video record inside government buildings. The legal boundaries for filming on public property are instead dictated by lower federal courts and established constitutional doctrines, which strictly dictate that the right to record is not absolute and is subject to major limitations. This useless POS thinks he can just run his mouth. He couldn’t teach Fido to fetch a ball.
