shocking. But also my thoughts about any watch without sapphire. 50$ Chinese watch has sapphire, Casio has sapphire. yeah, cheap sapphire kinda foggy, but its still better than hesalite/acrylic/hardlex/etc.

The pins done come loose like screws, they also allow for a thinner bracelet. Screws are not superior to pins sorry about the bad news.

There’s a lot of issues with the older protects for example, the clasp is like the cheapest thing in the world, but on the pin issue I don’t mind them because it takes me a quarter as long to swap out a link

“Price point” is a terrible measure for anything. It’s like when people cry about micro adjustment but micro adjustment is a feature, not a luxury. People who buy pateks usually don’t adjust their own watches and aren’t really of an “enthusiast” mindset.
