Its NOT abt kubatana, every company has works council, under workers union, under employment council of that industry, thats the channel, from there NEC takes company to labour court if it proves r company has capacity to pay salaries but not paying or prioritising other things. if e company is really in its hard times, haimanikidzwe they make arrangements to save company first b4 workers salaries, can agree to retrench, cut salaries, suspend sallaries etc until the company start performing well. usually nyaya dzema workers for most campanies dzinofira ku NEC coz most of council members ema NEC are the owners of these companies or directors, they save the company from liquidation first b4 salaries. Only if they're satisfied kut company ikubhaiza yet ine capacity they try to mediate between if zvaramba then the matter goes ku labour court.
