Lol such a lie. Sovoet economy was in 50's techwise, it just lost under democratisation completely, nobody wanted to buy old soviet trash which constantly broke down. All the factories couldn't handle free market competition because tech was best case 50's (and usually even older) vs 90's which is like 1900's vs 1950's in terms of efficiency. People's money cost nothing because it country couldn't provide value for it.l, because previous government locked the economy.

As Assange said "the goal is to have an endless war not a successful war". The only thing I would disagree with is calling Jeffrey Sachs a conspirator. With hindsight, he might change some of his actions but he is not happy with the current global wars.

Makes sense, one part doesn't though. If Ukraine falls (it will eventually in years to come) it will then be Russiam territory. Which technically removes any debt payback from Ukraine. If it were me, I'd back the country who is most likely going to win, fund them. when they do win that's when you can strip them of resources or money and pass it off as paying back the loan.
