Hello, ask ko lang regarding sa issue ng pax silica. Hindi ba ang US ay may kakayahan na mag-embargo ng ibang country just like what happened in Iran? And if things won't work in their way, may possibility na mag-enforce sila ng embargo sa bansa natin, which would greatly affect our country's economy and livelihoods since we are mostly relying on imported goods especially OIL. I'm not against sa petition to stop the pax silica, but I'm really curious sa kakayahan ng US na mag-embargo.
