@travellingmia: You know the situation is bad when the pilot makes an announcement and the entire plane starts yelling back. The Flight was already delayed almost 2 hours. EVERYONE was frustrated, exhausted, and wanted to get off. We were left sitting in an uncomfortable situation because of gate issues, with very little communication or assistance. It took a passenger having an anxiety attack and needing to get off before anyone seemed to take the situation seriously. Southwest, this was not handled well. Passengers deserve clear communication, basic care, and a safe way to deplane when a situation becomes overwhelming. #South westAirlines #SouthwestMess #FlightDelay #TravelNightmare #PassengerRights
