Quem tem a posse da bola após um número determinado de trocas de passes transfere a bola para a outra equipe posicionada no lado oposto. Possession drill involving ball transfers and finishing. The three defending players have three options to regain possession: 1- Immediately transfer the ball to the other side upon winning it from the opponent. 2- Score in the regulation goal or in either of the two mini-goals. 3-Transfer the ball with the support of the three teammates positioned in the central channel.
