whether he finishes or not......the most important thing is he started it. any they have started saving money towards it so even if JM leaves power the project will continue because the implementation will be done by Accra kumasi express way Limited. by the end of 2028 ato forson would have gathered all the money needed for the project. he already said September they will start the procurement process Accra-kumasi express way Limited already have $1.7 billion sitting in their account at BoG these project will not encounter challenges like previous government projects and everything is being done to make sure even in the absence of JM the project will be completed. that is the whole point of the susu ato forson is doing for the express way. they don't want a situation where a new government will come and say there is no money to continue the project
