People say “Oh but it’s a transition drug, of course it’ll feminize your face.” Trans HRT protocols use near total androgen shutdown (bicalutamide, spiro, GnRH agonists knocking testosterone itself down) + exogenous estrogen added on top. Finasteride blocks ONE enzyme and drops DHT by 70%. Testosterone stays intact or can even go up slightly due to less T converting into DHT. There’s no estrogen being added. Stop letting fear mongering talk you out of a tool that actually works.
