Hey so some background - the park was founded by a little person. The employees have dorms tailored to dwarfism, are given free English lessons to interact with tourists so they're not just props, and both Chen the employer and many interviewed employees expressed pride at working for a living and joy in interacting with new people every day as well as a sense of community living with so many other little people. Is this arguably less than dignified? Sure, but so are most jobs.

guys, 2 things can be true at once. This park can provide stable jobs to ppl with dwarfism, while it also remains unfortunate that this is one of the only very reliable kinds of jobs for sm1 with dwarfism
