When my husband and I left, 20 people quit not even a month later. I had joking jumped around and chanted “everybody jump ship” and once they realized we were serious about moving states they made plans to quit too 😂

When i left my last place the guy under me took supervisor and when he was asked to take more responsibility for things that already wasnt apart of the “supervisor” duties he asked for a raise and they refused so he ended up quitting and they were left without an actual supervisor whos done the job for longer then 2 years lmfao it was some kid that got promoted and still from what i hear a shit show

I was fired and two weeks later half the staff quit. Perkins in Lawrence kansas tanked big time. I sued for the termination and was awarded the law suit. The state paid all fees because of being terminated as retaliation and fined the owner

I'm looking at you Ace Hardware Retail Support Center in Kansas City by KCI. I told the head guy why everyone was leaving and he chose to dismiss it. Now they're having to hire temps just to fill in the spots because they're too stubborn.

When I left one of my old jobs, I found out that everybody on my Night shift either walked out or quit because I wasn’t there and they hated my replacement and that was the most validating thing ever… that store was no longer able to do 24/7 service because of it too

all the temps got laid off at my job on ONLY my shift. not the other 2 shifts. but the whole shop was beyond pissed when they laid me off. my supervisor fought for me to stay. she said if she could have it her way, she would've kept me and dropped 2 other people
