Bake 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. 7. Cool completely before frosting. 🍓 Make the Strawberry Frosting: 1. Beat cream cheese and butter together until creamy. 2. Gradually add powdered sugar until thick and fluffy. 3. Mix in strawberry puree, vanilla, and salt. 4. Chill slightly if too soft to spread. 🎂 Assemble: 1. Place one cake layer on a serving plate. 2. Spread frosting on top. 3. Add second layer, then frost the top and sides. 4. Use a piping bag with a star tip for the decorative swirls. Shared
