@itsalvinhuang: Last February our revenue dropped 32%. We were profitable again by May. Not because we got lucky. Because we saw it coming and moved within weeks, while most companies would still be waiting for the quarterly review to find out something was wrong. That speed comes from one boring habit: the same monthly review I've run for years. Five checks, same questions every time. I go through last month's P&L until I can explain why every number moved. If I can't explain a movement, I don't understand my own business yet. I look at our 12-month profit and cash forecasts, best case and worst case. One question drives both: where's the cliff? I want to see it six months before we reach it. Every major initiative gets judged on one thing. Is it bearing fruit? If yes, double down. If no, cut it. What we already spent is irrelevant. That money's gone either way. Then all my leaders in one room asking whether anything changed enough to pivot. No dashboards with 50 metrics. No 3-hour meetings. Just the few questions that actually decide whether the business lives. I've packaged my review frameworks and templates in the free toolkit here: bit.ly/45OcamE When did you last review your numbers properly? Be honest ๐ #businessreview #founderroutine #ceohabits #businessstrategy #entrepreneurmindset
