We usually know deep down when we’ve been scammed. Once the money is gone, accept it, learn from it, and move on. The important thing is not letting the same mistake happen twice. Public funds, especially money entrusted by institutions like KWAP…should avoid excessively high risk investments. Diversify into well established companies with a long, proven investment track record. Malaysia has experienced painful losses before, including the 1990s forex episode. Hopefully we’ve learned from history. If it’s your own money, that’s your decision. But public money carries a much greater responsibility. at this point tk payah la nk di sprm kan.. benda dh hangus.. biar la org nk politik kan semua benda.. kalau ahli politik yg bijak, dia pon pandai jawab.. yg penting improve sop… dan all greedy people dalam board yg making decision on investment kwap tu kna reshuffles…

Since it is an audited account, the investors can sue the auditors and the board of directors of the company. Even non executive director who signed the account can be held responsible. That is the norm in the financial industry.
