Fellas the secret is to talk about something not interesting. Even if nothing interesting happened they want to connect and hear about your day. They’ll like it even if it seems random. “They were out of soup at the place I normally go to so I had to get a sandwich from the place next door” or “I got sent an email to do something but someone else was supposed to do it and then it was a whole thing” is good enough
