I slept terribly last night. Last week I couldn’t sleep enough this week I’m having trouble sleeping. Then woke up at 4 am with the worst tension headache and I threw up. I rarely get headaches. 😭

I cussed out my dog because she wouldn’t stop trying to lick my leg after I got out the shower 💀 doesn’t help that perimenopause has me having hot flashes just weeks before I start my cycle again 😩🤦🏻♀️fml.
