My name is Jordan. I’m 31 years old, an Army veteran, and just a big brother who always wanted to set a good example. But the truth is, I haven’t always had life figured out. I’ve struggled with depression. I’ve hit rock bottom. I’ve experienced heartbreak, questioned my purpose, blamed myself for things I couldn’t control, and looked in the mirror without always loving the person staring back at me. There were times when I had no idea what direction my life was going. But through faith, therapy, exercise, taking care of my body, and simply getting older, I started to understand something. Life isn’t about avoiding pain. It’s about who you choose to become because of it. You’re going to lose people you love. You’re going to experience rejection. You might not get that dream job. Some days, life is going to knock you down so hard that getting back up feels impossible. But please, get back up. Learn to forgive yourself. Give yourself grace. Take care of your mind and body. Find your faith, whatever that looks like for you. And never forget that your circumstances don’t determine your worth. I’m still learning. I’m still growing. I don’t have all the answers, and I never will. But today, I can look in the mirror and genuinely love the man looking back at me. And that means more than any accomplishment ever could. If you’re struggling, I want you to know you’re not alone. My page is a place where you can be yourself, share your story, and never feel judged. I’m not here because I’m better than anyone. I’m here because I’ve been through some dark days myself, and if my experiences can help even one person find a little light, then sharing my story is worth it. One day, you’ll look back at everything you thought would break you and realize just how far you’ve come. ❤️ God bless you all. 🙏 #MentalHealthAwareness #selflovejourney #mensmentalhealth #motivation
