@hollywood_k_bills: One of the craziest wildlife encounters I’ve ever experienced happened in the Okavango Delta. Just after dinner, while staying as a guest in camp, a pack of six or seven hyenas took over the bridge. Moments later, two lions approached from the opposite side, trying to cross. For several minutes, neither side backed down. The air was filled with deep growls and powerful calls as the lions and hyenas faced off. Then, one of the hyenas suddenly sprinted straight toward us as the lions made their move.
