Pryor wrote the best rejected line ever. Lily asks the Sheriff if black men are well hung, “ are you people…gifted?” And as the light goes out moans “ it’s twoo. It’s twoo” (her lisp). Instead of end scene Little’s original line was “ease up Baby. You’re gnawing on my elbow.”
