My dear wise one, “your mother is your number one enemy once you are awakened” is a very sweeping and dangerous statement my take on this. It sounds like sensational social-media language designed to provoke people and get engagement, not wisdom.
I put it to you absolutely that, not every mother is bad, manipulative, or a witch. Many mothers sacrifice enormously for their children, protect them, pray for them, and genuinely want them to succeed. Some mothers are imperfect, as all human beings are, but that does not make them enemies.
At the same time, it is also true that some people have genuinely harmful mothers just as some have harmful fathers, siblings, partners, or friends. A person should be allowed to recognise abuse or manipulation in their own family without turning that experience into a universal rule about all mothers.
The word “awakening” is also often misused online. Sometimes people use it to mean becoming more aware of unhealthy family patterns. But sometimes it is used to make people suspicious of everyone around them and to convince them that their own family members are secretly against them.
A wiser statement would be:
As you grow and become more aware, you may begin to recognise that even people you love including parents can have flaws or may sometimes hurt you. But awareness should bring wisdom and discernment, not hatred and suspicion of everyone.
And honestly, my dear, a mother can make mistakes without being your enemy.
