Ppl left England to come here for freedom from religious persecution. Not everyone here is Christian. There are many Muslim communities, Hindus, Buddhists, that thrive here in the US. What would they take over? Our govt? Ppl have been coming here for centuries. Did those folks take over? Maybe they’re fleeing starvation, drought conditions, corrupt govt, cartels. No mother would jump in the ocean with their kids, unless the water was safer than the boat.
