People are entitled to their own opinions, but looking at these comments, a lot of them don't seem like opinions anymore—they seem like bullying. If you think it's cringe, that's fine. That's your opinion, and you're free to have it. But there's a difference between expressing an opinion and constantly mocking or attacking people because they enjoy something that you don't. Not everything is going to be everyone's taste. Music is a perfect example. Some songs aren't my taste, and some are. The same goes for films. Personally, I prefer action movies over romance movies, but that doesn't mean romance films are bad or that the people who enjoy them are wrong. It just means we have different preferences. The same principle applies here. If something isn't for you, that's okay. But let the people who enjoy it enjoy it. Let them decide for themselves how they feel about it. At the end of the day, there's nothing wrong with having an opinion. The problem starts when opinions turn into harassment, insults, and bullying. Many of these comments have crossed that line, and that's not okay.
