Yes the company is terrible. There are though tools that can be used for parents also. like you can have parental controls block out chats friend requests everything. that's what I did. both my kids play Roblox and there he cannot add friends they cannot except friends requests they cannot chat with people they cannot direct message people they cannot chat in game And I supervise them.

to be fair about Omegle the devs of that tried to fix it but they couldn't find a way to do that so they made the decision to just shutdown the whole site and I respect that of the devs of Omegle

Had to get a judge to put in our custody order to not allow Roblox played by my child. We don’t allow it at my house, ex wife promoted it as a good thing….. it’s such a bad platform that makes unsafe environments.

but there are plenty ways where parents can control what their children do on their phone or tablets, they can turn off all communication on Roblox. If you monitor your children, you can see what they’re doing. And let’s continue to teach our children not to talk to strangers on the Internet. Let alone give them any information.

I told my 8yo son that there are bad people on Roblox, people that try to hurt kids, and since I can't protect him from those people on the game, he just can't play it.

It’s sad that I can’t have my son grow up and play Roblox with me (I hardly play it anyways) but the bright side is I have a GameCube and he’s gonna have all kind of fun games on that instead! ☺️
