It’s harder to judge plug in hybrids in terms of mileage cause you can go essentially unlimited miles on battery alone if you don’t drive far and recharge it

I’m curious see why the customer might be so over it is a plug-in hybrid so are they just driving it on electricity alone and that’s why it doesn’t have oil and does a customer know even though if you don’t hit the mileage, you should always do it every six months due to the hot and cold cycles in the environment?
