Since I already had IKEA Billy bookcases that I'd turned into built-ins, I noticed there was just enough unused space beside them for one more 15" Billy. There was just one problem... my vacuum mop charging base was too deep. Instead of giving up, I removed the back panel, moved the bookcase slightly forward, built a base to account for the different flooring heights, and even reused the Billy backing to cover the gap-so I didn't have to buy any extra plywood. Now both my stick vacuum and vacuum mop have their own hidden storage, and the cabinet blends right in with the rest of the built-in.
