The names of colors can be used in male, female and neutral way, but default like here should be in the female version, because the word for color (boja/боја) is female, so just add an "A" at the end of each crvenA, crnA, sinA etc . You can still say them this way, but only when talking about male nouns like a purple man would be виолетов маж, and a purple woman would be виолетова жена, and a child would be виолетово дете. But asking a question like what colour is that, the answer should be female always.
