@demetriorosario: Flashback to when I was 17-18, walking into my very first dance class ever, and I was terrified. 😅
 I taught myself steps off YouTube beforehand just so I wouldn't feel like a complete beginner walking in, but nothing prepares you for that first time partnering up with someone right in front of you. If you're thinking about taking your first class (or you've been putting it off), here's what actually helps:
1️⃣ Watch a beginner tutorial first
2️⃣ Practice it a few times on your own: mirror, music, whatever works.
3️⃣ Watch a beginner partnerwork video too, so your body already knows the motions

Bonus: get there early: mingle, get comfortable, and introduce yourself to the instructor before the room fills up. Everyone's been the nervous beginner. Even me.
