Please stop calling them license plate readers. They track your devices and record video of people, they're placing them in children's play areas and other areas that don't have any cars

When there was a breach/ improperly accessed data, SF media reported data was not accessed from flock systems. As you explain no, it was transferred to San Francisco systems and can be accessed there. And as you note SF keeps data longer.
