i think phainon may be the sole exception bc he was tained and gazed by the aeon itself(look at fugue and she has destruction powers just by "briefly" interacting with an emanator, an aeon is surely having their mark more permanently and more stable compared to their emanator)

Unless after their reborn, they got gazed by certain Aeons, then yeah they'll be just regular humans. The only sole exception here is Phainon, as he was already gaze by Nanook.

only Cyrene and Phainon still have that power but there's a chance others can get the Gaze from Aeon as well so far the closest is Anaxa, who might be able to attract Nous's attention as Cyrene predicted if he becomes genius society #100 the rest I don't know regarding the IPC, if the IPC manages to get it, I hope the best possibility is that it's raised by SID instead of MDD but SID might let it go or be able to negotiate first

This is probably just another misinterpretation or poor narrative cause they probably will still have their powers and be immortal let's not forget that they're supposed to get reborn as titans so even stronger than before i think when castorice said they were worth being humans she meant feeling human with emotions and everything that comes with it including living among humans plus heirs like cipher cerydra hyacine and hysilens can simply not be humans since they're mythical creatures and let's not worry about that ipc cause if they were able to go through 30 millions of deaths, pain and suffering and defeat a universal threat the local colonizer is barely a challenge for them
