croissant smash burgers 🥐🍔 recipe: ( makes about 5 double smash burgers ) ingredients: burgers : 2 lbs 91/9 ground beef ( season to taste! ) 5 large croissants 10 slices American cheese lettuce tomatoes for the onions: 4 large yellow onions, thinly sliced 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp sugar cook on medium high heat until carmalized ( this took foreverrrrrr ) burger sauce: ½ cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp yellow mustard 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles 2 tbsp caramelized onions 1 tsp pickle juice ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp smoked paprika black pepper, to taste combine together and set aside until you assemble the burgers garlic butter : 4 tbsp melted butter 1 garlic clove, grated 1 tbsp chopped parsley brush on top of croissants when finished instructions : divide the beef into 10 equal balls and keep them cold until cooking. heat a pan over med high heat and smash each beef ball into a very thin patty, season with your favorite seasonings, and cook for 1½–2 minutes. flip, add cheese, and cook another minute. stack two patties together. toast croissants at 350°f for about 5 minutes until warm and lightly crisp. assembly: spread burger sauce on the bottom croissant, add lettuce, tomato, add the double smash patties, and top with caramelized onions , then finish with more burger sauce and the toasted croissant top, and brush garlic butter over the croissant :) ib: the sapor #croissant #smashburger #Recipe #EasyRecipe #burger - @sugarspiceddreams
