Lazy parenting😩.I can't stand it. I saw parents with their kids at the mall or grocery store with their tablets, what is the purpose of bringing your kids outside if they are going to be on their tablet.

For AT LEAST the first 3 years of life, there is zero reason to be provided small screen access, especially for more than a few minutes on rare occasions. No matter where or what you're doing, no matter how "fussy, needy or bored" they may seem, it's not worth it. It's addicting and has zero developmental benefits. The temptation is real, the convenience is real, but it. is. not. worth it. in the long run!

This is absolutely the new normal for humanity and you know it Doc. Technology and society have changed too much to go back to a pre tablet time society. Accept it and find a way to make it work or get left behind.
