Ok, what about Xaku Prime then? Last I checked they weren't made like the others as that would require Xaku to have been made prior to all those frames being lost to the void.

If I am right on the lore, Voruna became a prime as well, didn’t start up as one and xaku didn’t start as a prime and the entrati family made the prime using the same xaku concept
