It is interesting how they say ”Ukranians” and not ”Ukraine”. They literally blame Ukranian citizens of the destruction, not the government. Rarely I see anyone say ”Russians”, when talking about the war. People say ”Russia”, meaning the government and the nation, not the citizens who have nothing to do with this.
