in regards to the players ratings going going up. what if the game is fixed and lets say a player is an overall 72 and his in built potential is 80 . The game won't let the player go beyond 80 because the game knows he was only going to be 80 anyway

Player career mode would be so much better if the player didn't start every game (including cup fixtures against smaller teams) or starting as a substitute for their first games repeatedly

They should do something where it lets you build your defensive shape by hand like your formation is a 4-2-3-1 wide and you change to a 5-3-2 when your on defense or a 4-3-3 sum like that
