I will never forget the magical time in 1991 when my friend and I mistakenly sat in your reserved section at the China Club in Los Angeles. Instead of letting the waitress kick us out, you told her we could stay! I sat right next to you and just about fainted when you then got up on stage and sang “I’m a Believer”. It was one of my most favorite memories from my younger years after having just moved to LA. Thank you for being so gracious and kind. I have always held a special place in my heart for The Monkees. I grew up watching your show as a child in the 70s and had all your albums. 💕

This is the first time I'm saying this out loud, so to speak. It's always cracked me up that they hired Davy to be the singer who couldn't play an instrument and they handed him some maracas and tambourine , but micky was clearly the best singer.
