I know this is the medical one, but it’s a beauty tip. Can you do one on how you put your hair up at night so it stays looking fresh and everything. Do you wear a bonnet? Do you put up in a bun? I think you showed something but I kind of wanna get an idea than you use silk pillowcase.

How long until you noticed a difference? I'm on autoinject Xolair 300mg for MCAS (in tummy not bad at all) and 2 other injectable meds (Humira and Ajovy). Ajovy is spicy as hell! And yes, everyone says they can't until they suffer badly enough, then we all do what we can.

I have a heart condition and a lupus , I take 2 injections a day , my younger self would of never thought I’d be sticking myself with needles I hate needles , sending lots of hugs and prayers you feel better and enjoy everyday life
