To be honest you can't blame Europe , Rwanda is it's own country and makes it's own laws, why doesn't Rwanda copy Burkino Faso? President Traore kicked out the French the Americans and the Chinese. and has now become strong and makes their own laws🥰

I think it's a lot more nuanced than that. It does not especially benefit Europe to stop Rwanda doing these things. It does benefit Europe to do plenty else in Africa.
