I’m sorry for the loss of her father, but she should’ve known after her father would pass. She’d have to sell the house. It’s called 55 and over for a reason and yes I hate HOA’s. They’re out of control but you picked a live one and this is a 55 and older community. I do not agree with the HOA how they handle this but that’s how HOA‘s are. There are a bunch of Karen’s but this is a 55 and older neighborhood.
