Ingredients: • 1 cup (227g) unsalted butter, softened • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar • ½ cup (110g) brown sugar • 1 large egg • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 3 cups (360g) all-purpose flour • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 1 tsp baking powder • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ tsp salt • ½ cup strawberry preserves Glaze: • 4 oz cream cheese, softened • 1 cup powdered sugar • 1–2 tbsp milk • ½ tsp vanilla extract Topping: • Crushed pretzels Directions: 1. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. 2. Beat in the egg and vanilla. 3. Mix in flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms. 4. Chill for 30 minutes. 5. Scoop dough, flatten, add 1 tsp strawberry preserves, seal, and roll into a ball. 6. Freeze for 15 minutes. 7. Bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes, until edges are just set. 8. Cool completely. 9.
