Fun fact, the engine for this thing does exist, and it was in development for an absolutely abysmal amount time. The reason it never came into existence was because there is no transmission on earth that can handle 5000 hp without needing to be completely rebuilt (top fuel dragsters are a great example), and the tires themselves could not handle the speed this thing could reach. Simply, it’s impossible engineering (for now) (if I made any errors that’s my fault, it’s been awhile since I’ve looked at the history for this thing)
