It worked all of that out on its own, and after the recent ‘dreaming’ update you can't even see all of it anymore. It's just in there. It builds this from everything you've ever typed, your habits, your interests, patterns you'd never think to mention. So here's how to see what it's got on you, and how to stop it remembering everything. Open a new chat and ask it: list everything you currently remember about me. That pulls up your saved memories, the actual stored list of facts. Then push it. Ask what it's inferred about you that you never told it. Age range, income, where you live. It's taken all this from your old chats and the dreaming that is done, which is synthesising facts all taken from your old chats. Then ask it for your blind spots, the traits it reckons you've got that you might not see in yourself. And ask it to predict things, like how you handle money, stress, a big decision. It's interesting to read. To clear this out, go to Settings, Personalization, Manage memories. Delete whatever you don't want kept. In that same menu, turn off Reference chat history. It might be worded slightly differently depending on your app version, but it's in there. Then go to Data Controls and turn off ‘Improve the model for everyone’. That's the switch that decides whether your chats get used to train future models. It's on by default. If you really want to go nuclear, scroll down that same screen and ‘delete all chats’.
