Girl that’s nothing. I went to Aspen Dental and they quoted me 27K for a full mouth. Told them to fuck off and went to Puerto Vallarta Mexico and got the same exact procedure for 6K, mind you 2K of that is travel and hotel expenses. Dental in the US is a fking scam!

This just happened to me this week. I had to pay an emergency dental bill of almost $3000 😭😭 I have insurance and they paid nothing. I feel so much guilt for not just pulling the tooth and saving money.

I had dental insurance and got dentures. After 5 years, dropped my denture and broke it. Dental insurance only replace every 8 years ! Please cancel your dental insurance and put money in savings.

Find a college. In my area Temple Dental will do it for almost free with insurance. Exact thing you need. I need it too I just refuse to let them cut my gums open if my bone is already gone.

I’m in Canada, but yes our dental care is insane as well. It’s a joke. They preach how oral health is SO important especially for our overall health. But so many people can’t afford it. Benefits do absolutely nothing & only are able to get a couple things done before you run out of insurance bcos the cost is outrageous.
